These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the terms and conditions applicable to any sale of services made through the online platform Tutor on Demand, operated by Ismail Ouha, an Auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco under ICE number 003812137000068.
Any use of the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these CGV.
These CGV are accessible at all times on the platform and prevail over any other conflicting document. The Company reserves the right to modify them at any time. The user acknowledges having read and accepted these CGV before any purchase, confirmed by clicking on the box “I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.”
The Tutor on Demand platform connects independent teachers with students for private online lessons via Google Meet. These services include: Private or group lessons, Academic and language support programs, Workshops and educational training. These services are considered educational services and not downloadable digital products
The Company acts as a technical intermediary managing accounts, payments, and bookings. Lessons are conducted exclusively through Google Meet and not through an internal system. Teachers are independent service providers and are neither employees nor representatives of the Company
Services are billed using tokens: 1 token equals 100 Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Prices are indicated in MAD, including all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable rate is that in effect at the time of purchase
Clients purchase tokens through the platform. Each session is booked using the required number of tokens. The booking is confirmed once the tokens are deducted from the virtual wallet. The Company may refuse an order in case of previous disputes or suspected fraud.
Payments are made only through the methods available on the platform (credit card, bank transfer, or other approved means). The purchase of tokens becomes effective once payment is validated. In case of payment failure or rejection, the order is canceled.
Lessons are held on the scheduled date and time via Google Meet. The meeting link is sent prior to the session. Any rescheduling request must be sent at least 24 hours in advance. Beyond this period, the lesson is considered completed and non-refundable.
Once a session is booked, no refund is granted except in urgent and justified cases (e.g., medical emergency, force majeure) with proof provided. If a teacher disconnects twice or more during a session, the token is refunded after verification of the disconnection report. The refund may take a few hours to appear in the student’s wallet.
The Company shall not be held responsible for misuse of the service, internet outages, client equipment problems, or the content or behavior of teachers. The Company’s total liability is limited to the value of the tokens used for the concerned service.
The Company shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure (breakdown, strike, outage, pandemic, or any unforeseeable event) preventing proper service delivery.
Data collected is necessary for managing accounts, payments, and bookings. In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08, the client has the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting the Company at: ismailouha@gmail.com. All data is confidential and never resold.
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, the dispute may be submitted to mediation. If no solution is reached, only Moroccan courts shall have jurisdiction.
Moroccan law applies. In case of translation, the French version prevails.
