Terms and Conditions of Service - Tutor On Demand

1. Purpose

Tutor on Demand provides an online platform that connects students with qualified teachers for lessons. This Agreement sets out the rules for using the Platform.

2. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be respectful and professional toward teachers and other students.
• Attend lessons on time and be prepared to learn.
• Communicate with teachers only during scheduled lessons and through the approved lesson interface provided by Tutor on Demand.
• Use the Platform only for legitimate learning purposes.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made through Tutor on Demand's secure payment system.
• Direct payments to teachers outside the Platform are strictly prohibited.
• If you miss a lesson without proper notice (e.g., 24 hours in advance), you may still be charged.

4. Refunds & Tokens

If you are eligible for a refund under Tutor on Demand's policy, you can choose between:

• Platform Tokens: Credit will be added to your Tutor on Demand account as tokens, which you can use to book future lessons.
• Money Refund: A refund to your original payment method (processing times may vary).

Token credit does not expire and is valid forever.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To keep Tutor on Demand safe and fair for everyone:

• Do not ask teachers for their personal contact details (email, phone, social media) or try to arrange lessons outside the Platform.
• Do not harass, bully, or use offensive language toward teachers or other students.
• Do not share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content during lessons.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

You agree to respect the privacy of teachers and not share lesson content, recordings, or teacher details without permission.

7. Termination

Tutor on Demand may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Breaching this Agreement
• Abusing the platform or teachers
• Attempting to bypass payment or contact rules

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
